Carolina Spirits was started in 1994 with a single wine and spirits store in North Charleston. By the early 2000’s, the company added two additional stores, a second in North Charleston and one 
in Summerville.

'20

Carolina Spirits was acquired by its current ownership which upgraded and modernized operations. To date, all locations have been moved into fully remodeled store fronts with new displays and fixtures. State-of-the-art technology has been implemented including inventory management and payment systems. These enhancements were made to provide the highest quality experience for our customers.

The company opened a fourth location, CS Beer & Wine, which stocks beer, wine, mixers, tobacco and related products. This store specializes in local craft beer, boutique wines and other hard-to-find beverages.

In addition to the traditional, brick and mortar retail business, Carolina Spirits serves bars, restaurants, clubs and venues through its wholesale division. (Class B) The company also supplies special events, private parties and wine tastings.

Carolina Spirits is a locally owned, family business that takes pride in everything it does. We have a great selection, competitive prices and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
